Björn Pehrson - Guitars and bass

Our band founder, Björn Pehrson, resides in Stockholm Sweden and is the concept man behind all of our songs.

Along with being the band manager, Björn is the bass player, rhythm and blues guitarist and even has a cameo appearance on the harmonica.

Björn is undoubtedly the visionary mind behind the Backward Accelerators.

Björn plays a Squier Telecaster Custom and a Squire Precision Bass

Pascal Lopez - Keyboards and mix/production

Our resident genius is Pascal Lopez. Pascal resides in France and without his many talents our songs would be incomplete ideas.

He is the mix master and the artist who paints our ideas into songs.

Pascal's engineering talent is only surpassed by his amazing ability to bring his keyboard to life. Pascal is our sound man and our soul. 

Eric Bennett - Drums and percussion

The heartbeat of the Backward Accelerators is Eric Bennett. Eric resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Eric's percussion skills have given our virtual band the breath of life.

We challenge anyone to listen to our songs and find a drumbeat that is not intentionally and perfectly placed. 

Nate Bailey - Vocals and wordsmith

The wordsmith of the Backward Accelerators is Nate Bailey. Nate resides in Springfield, Missouri, USA. Nate's lyrics are created with his unique sense of humor and his passion for placing stories into songs.

Nate would prefer to be called the narrator rather than the vocalist because to him it is about the story not just about singing the song.
